We're seeking a top-tier Executive Assistant for a dynamic asset management firm who excels at executive-level support and stakeholder coordination. **What You'll Be Doing**:

- Prioritize and manage the executive’s inbox with strategic filtering
- Coordinate complex calendars across multiple time zones and stakeholders
- Schedule and reschedule meetings with investors, clients, and team members
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and key stakeholders
- Draft professional correspondence and investor communications
- Manage Slack channels and ensure timely response to critical messages
- Meeting Management & Client Accountability
- Prepare detailed meeting agendas and briefing materials
- Send pre-meeting reminders with action items and expectations
- Follow up post-meeting with accountability summaries and next steps
- Workflow Optimization
- Streamline daily operations and eliminate inefficiencies
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures
- Anticipate needs and proactively address potential roadblocks

- RIA Compliance Knowledge - Understanding of regulated investment advisor requirements
- Newsletter Creation - Design and distribute client updates and market insights
- LinkedIn Management - Maintain executive profiles and engagement
- Remote Event Coordination - Plan and execute virtual client events and webinars
- Investor Updates - Assist with quarterly reports and investor communications
- Content & Social Media - Basic content creation and social media oversight

**Who You Are**:

- 3+ years of experience supporting executives in financial services, asset management, or a similar high-stakes environment
- Deep understanding of confidentiality and discretion required in financial settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs
- Comfortable working with sensitive financial information
