- _Hybrid work: 2 smart working days per week_

**Purpose**
- Belonging to the Global Direct Procurement team it is based in Santana de Parnaiba and it is reporting to the Global Direct Procurement Senior Director. It is in charge of Procurement of Direct Materials at local level: raw materials, packaging and devices._

**Main Responsibilities**
- _Conduct spend analysis and forecast to identify savings opportunities._
- _Ensure proper supplier engagement and selection processes._
- _Manage Direct Materials Standard Costs as per company procedures._
- _Oversee supplier qualification and support issue escalation._
- _Evaluate suppliers, support operations, and ensure compliance with company policies._
- _Manage supplier portfolio and strategic partnerships._
- _Define and monitor KPIs, and implement corrective actions._
- _Negotiate and renew Supply Agreements, ensuring compliance with guidelines._
- _Handle industrial purchase orders and potential supplier disputes._
- _Coordinate supplier interviews with internal departments._
- _Adhere to the Code of Conduct and anti-bribery policies_

**Experience Required**
- _Academic degree in Engineering or Economic, or other related areas._
- _At least 3 years working experience in Procurement. Previous experience in direct Procurement is a plus._

**Languages**
- Fluent in English, Italian is a plus_

**Technical Skills**
- _Able to manage cross-functional and international relations with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, operations, etc.)_
- _Good negotiations skills and high focus on goals achivement_
- _Analytical skills_
- _Operational flexibility and problem solving skilled;_
- _Knowledge on SAP ERP system_
- _Availability for business trips._
