**Qualifications**:

- University education in, Information Technology, Computer Science or related areas;
- Advanced English;
- Experience in IT support function;
- Experience in infrastructure activities.
- Experience with Incident Management;
**Desirable knowledge**:

- ITIL
- PowerShell
- Power BI Advanced.
