**Job Description**:
We are looking for a product manager who is passionate about creating great customer experiences using technology and data. In this role, you will partner with design, engineering, compliance, and operations to bring ideas to life that enable parents and kids to learn, invest and grow together. You will be responsible for delivering features and products that improve the customer experience and help the team achieve its goals. If you are a creative problem-solver and data-focused product manager, you will be a great fit for our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establishing a product vision and shared set of priorities across the team and the company.
- Leading cross-functional teams to discover high-impact opportunities that deliver customer value and business impact.
- Collaborating with design, engineering, compliance, and operations to find usable, feasible, and compliant solutions.
- Working with design and engineering to prepare detailed requirements and manage the successful delivery of our products.
- Partnering with marketing and customer care teams to launch products that are easy to understand and use.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of product management experience in consumer products.
- Experience using research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide decision-making.
- Ability to focus on day-to-day product work while thoughtfully considering the company strategy.
- Experience collaborating with design on optimizing and delivering a great UX.
- Interest and excitement to learn about new domains.
- Passion for financial products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
