Come make history with us and be part of the GWM We are looking for LEGAL SR. ANALYST to join our team.

Based in our office, this professional will be responsible collect, sort out, count and analyze the quality information in the market, establish a problem library, monitor the rectification of problems by various departments, verify the rectification effect and monitor problems, promote the rectification of key problems, and organize quality activities to promote the realization of quality objectives.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide legal advice for GWM Brasil, including automotive supply chain legal affairs and commercial department ;
- Negotiate, draft and review contracts；
- Be responsible for the laws and regulations, provide the legal solution timely；
- Negotiate resolutions to litigation when appropriate;
- Will be required to attend hearings, mediations and other duties as needed;
- Laise with external law firms, manage outside legal resources as necessary with an eye toward minimizing expenses.

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Bachelor degree in Legal
- English (Fluent);
- Portuguese (home language);
- Ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- More than 5 years of experience in Contract review, Litigation, External Law Firms Management

**WORKPLACE**:GWM OFFICE - MORUMBI - SP
