Training Planner

LATAM technical and service center provides the highest level of training to those professionals involved in the installation, commissioning and service of wind farms. The main clients of our department are internal Vestas employees, contractor and clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high - quality customer experience as a main point of contact for internal and external training requests and inquiries.
- Support during the execution of technical and safety training, keeping up-to-date course schedules, lists and rooms.
- Provide and generate reports and records.
- Provide logístical support for local training initiatives. Collect and update training records.
- Coordinate Learning Management System including database, reports, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Coordinate assessment center and on site/ off site training events.
- Provide additional day to day support as needed for employees training.
- Track a monitor vendor invoices and expenses.

**Qualifications**
- Administration background.
- Proficient Excel and Office skills.
- Advanced level of English, daily communication in English.
- Spanish intermediary
- Desirable Experience with Power BI
