**Job Role Summary**:
The developer will be part of the HR-IT Data Management and Benefits team, located in Curitiba-PR, supporting customers and team members globally.

**Job Role Responsibilities**:
Abap Programming within the HCM module, focused on OMPA (DM) and Benefits
- Will provide part-time support as HCM functional analyst as well. Must be willing to learn the functional skills, on top of the development ones
- Participate of the Agile ceremonies (SCRUM Methodology) within the team
- Support different projects and small work items, as well as base support activities.

**Expected Level of Proficiency**:

- Must have proven ABAP background supporting the HCM module, especially on the OMPA and Benefits space (minimum 3 years of experience)
- Must have prior Agile background
- Team work, collaboration and communication skills are a must
- Advanced English proficiency is required
