**What is the job about?**
As a Senior Regional SC COE Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing and improving supply chain processes and KPIs within the Grundfos EMEA region. It will be your task to develop of our processes and be part of implementing sustainable supply chain processes in collaboration with the Group Supply Chain function and the four Grundfos Divisions.
The four Grundfos divisions are Domestic Building Service, Commercial Building Service, Industry, Water Utility. Together with the divisions you identify potential adherence gaps in their value chains and ensure that their operational performance is improved through an implementation of best practice processes.
This position will operate hybrid function of the Inđija, Serbian facility.
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Identifies the need for new supply chain processes and implements these processes in performance units together with process excellence team.
- Drives projects in divisions in order to develop their supply chain processes and identifies if there is a gap in the process
- Is the escalation point for divisions, and helps them to solve complex supply chain process related challenges,
- Makes sure that best practices are followed by divisions,
- Gives input to the process excellence team for improvements on existing processes or for new developments
- In collaboration with Global supply chain performance leader identifies areas of improvement for new projects and tasks to be defined with performance units.
**Your background**
We imagine that you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply chain, Business, Economy or related studies or equivalent professional experience,
- At least 3 years working experience within the supply chain management field,
- Used to be working with supply chain processes, KPIs and optimization,
- Deep knowledge within ERP systems for the supply chain module, SAP experience is a plus.
- Has an analytical and structured approach, is a professional in making fact-based analysis.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Professional in making facts based analysis.
