Um Project Manager é responsável por gerenciar projetos de alto impacto e complexidade, assegurando que os objetivos do projeto sejam atingidos dentro do prazo, orçamento e escopo estabelecidos. Algumas das principais responsabilidades de um Project Manager incluem:

- Desenvolver e manter um plano de gerenciamento de projeto detalhado, incluindo cronograma, orçamento, escopo e recursos.
- Gerenciar equipes de projeto, incluindo a contratação, treinamento e gerenciamento de pessoal.
- Identificar e gerenciar riscos e problemas, proporcionando soluções criativas e eficazes para resolvê-los.
- Gerenciar relacionamentos com stakeholders, incluindo clientes, fornecedores e parceiros de negócios.
- Fornecer relatórios de progresso e status do projeto para a equipe e para o gerente geral.
- Garantir a conformidade com os padrões e políticas da empresa em todas as etapas do projeto.

É necessário ter um sólido conhecimento de gerenciamento de projetos e experiência em liderança de equipes. Além disso, é importante ter habilidades de comunicação eficazes, habilidades de resolução de problemas e capacidade de trabalhar bem sob pressão. É esperado que um Project Manager tenha um diploma de bacharel em áreas relacionadas a gerenciamento de projetos ou experiência equivalente em uma posição de gerenciamento de projetos. É preferível ter uma certificação PMP (Project Management Professional) ou outra certificação de gerenciamento de projetos reconhecida.

**Requirements**:

- Ter um sólido conhecimento de gerenciamento de projetos e experiência em liderança de equipes.
- Habilidades de comunicação eficazes, habilidades de resolução de problemas e capacidade de trabalhar bem sob pressão.
- Diploma de bacharel em áreas relacionadas a gerenciamento de projetos ou experiência equivalente em uma posição de gerenciamento de projetos.
- Será um diferencial ter uma certificação PMP (Project Management Professional) ou outra certificação de gerenciamento de projetos reconhecida.
- Experiência com ferramentas de Gestão de Projetos (JIRA) e metodologia Scrum.
