- Develop, execute, and assess top business strategies that will drive company growth.
- Ensure the financial health of operations in the country.
- Be fully accountable for profit and loss.
- Lead and coordinate local teams, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring effective collaboration.
- Be part of recruitment, training, and development team to contribute to strengthening our workforce with talents.
- Fulfill sales and cost goals set by the Head of the regions.
- Prepare, adapt, and organize the internal systems and training for the employees.
- Partner with the global HR team and other stakeholders to maintain office policies as necessary.
- Prepare and approve contracts with clients following applicable national laws.
- Customize global strategies to fit local market conditions, cultural nuances, and consumer behavior.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain employer brand image within the local community.

**What we expect of you**:

- A minimum of 5+ years of office/company management experience.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English language skills (both spoken and written).
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures.
- Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Knowledge of accounting, local law, data, and administrative management practices and procedures.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse cultures, global matrix structure and adapt messages accordingly.
- To be familiar with regional regulatory compliance.
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead.
