Our mission is rooted in freedom, responsibility, and efficiency, enabling drivers to maximize productivity and enjoy more time with their families. **About the Role** We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior AR Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is essential to our factoring process and cash reconciliation routine, helping ensure accurate financial operations and timely communication with partners. **Responsibilities** - Manage all documentation related to AR and the factoring process. - Receive and review documentation from clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Submit invoices to factoring companies and track their status. - Collaborate with internal teams and external financial institutions to resolve discrepancies or pending items. - Record all receivables in our financial system and keep the investor portal updated. - Reconcile daily bank activity by validating payments received against freight loads submitted to factoring companies. - Execute daily cash closing routines, ensuring accurate and timely posting of all incoming payments. - Prepare and organize supporting documentation for audits and internal controls. - Address and resolve invoice-related issues, ensuring timely follow-up. - Prepare support for audits and maintain controls. **Requirements**: - Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. - English advanced required (reading and writing). - Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools. - Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Clear communication and problem-solving mindset. **Extra information and Benefits** - On-site in Joinville, SC - Health and dental plan - Paid vacation - Holidays off - Parental Leave - Wedding Leave - Flash card (supermarket and restaurants) - Total Pass - Clude Saúde - Annual bonus based on both company and individual performance - Eligibility to the LTIP (Long Term Incentive Plan) Tipo de vaga: Tempo integral, Autônomo / PJ Pagamento: R$3.500,00 - R$5.000,00 por mês **Benefícios**: - Assistência médica - Assistência odontológica - Vale-alimentação Possibilidade de deslocamento/mudança de local: - Joinville - SC: Deslocar-se ou se mudar para o local da vaga antes de começar a trabalhar (obrigatório) Idioma: - Inglês (obrigatório)
