**Key Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our customers and sales teams in demonstrating the value of the Mendix Low-Code Platform as part of Siemens Digital Software portfolio. You will act as a technical advisor, designing solution proposals, leading workshops, and ensuring customers clearly understand how Mendix can accelerate their business outcomes. The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Drive pre-sales activities for Siemens Mendix Low-Code Platform, supporting business development and sales teams.
- Lead discovery sessions with customers to understand business needs, map requirements, and propose Mendix-based solutions.
- Create impactful and customized presentations aligned to customer business needs and audience, clearly connecting technical features with business value.
- Design and present technical demonstrations, proofs of concept, and solution architectures tailored to customer scenarios.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and Siemens portfolio capabilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers, demonstrating the business value of low-code platforms in accelerating digital transformation.
- Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation as part of the pre-sales process.
- Support enablement of internal teams and channel partners on Mendix capabilities, best practices, and Siemens ecosystem integration.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technology fields.
- Hands-on experience with Low-Code development platforms.
- Solid knowledge of Artificial Intelligence is considered a differentiator.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
- Willingness to travel (up to 20-30%) for customer workshops, demos, and events.
- Advanced English is required, and Spanish is a strong plus.
- Soft skills: strong communication with customers and internal teams, teamwork and collaboration, proactive attitude to drive efficiency, continuous learning mindset, ownership of deliverables, and a growth mindset to embrace challenges and innovation.
