Amidst the turning turbines and the whisper of the wind, an exciting opportunity awaits. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to take on a pivotal role in maintaining our wind farm operations. From planning and executing maintenance activities to ensuring every procedure meets the highest safety and operational standards. You'll be the eyes and ears on the ground, monitoring equipment, coordinating with dispatchers and external teams, and making sure every detail is documented and every inspection is passed with confidence.

**Your Tasks**
- Assist in developing and implementing the annual maintenance plan in line with manufacturer recommendations to ensure optimal electricity generation and transmission.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
- Oversee the condition and use of certified insulation, protective equipment, materials, and spare parts.
- Maneuvering the wind farm under the direction of the windmill manager, ensuring strict adherence to HSE protocols.
- Communicate with dispatchers to maximize safe electricity production and transmission.
- Support regular inspections by authorized entities as requested by the wind farm manager.
- Collect and document operational data and maintain daily activity reports.
- Conduct facility inspections and monitor safety and fire protection equipment.
- Control plant access and supervise third-party work within the facility.
- Participate in company projects and initiatives.
- Ensure high standards of work quality, accuracy, and transparency.

**Your Requirements**
- Mid-level Electrical and/or mechanical education
- “B“ Category Serbian driving license
- Minimum three years of work experience in hydraulic, electrical, or mechanical experience
- PC and MS Office literate, capable of generating reports and official communication.
- Able to work independently in shifts and flexible for site work and working conditions that may change unexpectedly.
- Capable of working on height and in the proximity of medium and high voltage infrastructure.
- Good planning skills
- Proactive, confident and always looking for teamwork.
- Ability to manage a heavy workload and multiple demands,
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Availability, good interpersonal skills, flexibility and mobility
- English and Serbian essential, knowledge of German, Portugese or Spanish would be appreciated.
