**Opportunity**

Daon is an innovative provider of award-winning biometric identity assurance software products and services focused on meeting the needs of governments and large commercial organizations worldwide.

We are in Serbia since 2018, currently have 90 employees (75 in Belgrade and 15 in Novi Sad) and constantly growing We are currently looking for Office manager in Novi Sad to join our dream team You will be the contact point person in our brand-new office space in Novi Sad, which you will manage & share with 15 amazing colleagues from different IT sectors. Position belongs to the global Operations team and reports directly to the Operation Manager - EMEA.

**Your contribution**
- Enable smooth-running of the day-to-day office operations in Novi Sad, ensuring they run seamlessly, including: meet and greet guests; communication with external associates and lessors, supplies and inventory; couriers and post; health and safety; transportation and hotel arrangements; catering; first aid etc.
- Act as first point of contact for new employees, welcome and prepare them for the onboarding process - provide entry cards, necessary equipment and information for successful start
- Constant improvement and process optimization, to improve operational efficiency
- Act as a liaison between the team in Novi Sad and Belgrade, as well as all departments within Daon globally
- Cooperation with Senior Operations Manager in Belgrade and local HR and IT Team
- Initiation, and managing Novi Sad office events
- Occasional travel to the Belgrade office, when needed

**You have the most of**
- Preferably experience in a similar position (3+ years)
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level in minimum)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Proactivity in work and can-do orientation in work tasks
- Good communication skills and well-developed stakeholder management
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Ability to take ownership of processes, while tends to align with relevant stakeholders
- Ability to work in a growing agile team while remaining processes oriented
- Having valid First Aid and Firefighting license would be considered a strong advantage
