As an Intern, you will gain insight into the Western Union administrative process and develop your skills on an administrative and communications level in a 2- year program. You will get the opportunity to work on various projects across the business, focusing on supporting our Marketing Team. This is a rare opportunity for someone with no previous office experience to get their first look-in into the corporate world.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on a looking-forward company, identifying opportunities and issues to drive brand/business growth. Western Union is expanding its operation in Brazil by launching new stores to support our customers better. You’ll be responsible for providing best-in-class ideas and initiatives to keep the pace of the company's growth.

**Role Responsibilities**
- You will gain experience in different areas of the Marketing daily routine.
- Assist with the rollout of large-scale campaigns and initiatives in a multicultural environment.
- Be responsible for updating and version budget control and payments.
- Work closely with external agencies to develop creative assets and implement campaigns.
- Support the demand from our stores and agents regarding POS Materials and the creation of marketing comms.
- On completion, you will have attained skills in formatting documents, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and filing in coordination with other staff and valuable experience in Marketing.

**Role Requirements**
- Ideally, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, studying on the night shift.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Intermediate / Advance English knowledge (verbal and written)
- Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to confidently use Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, mainly)
- An interest in currency / financial markets
- You need to be proactive, assertive, and happy to assist others with a variety of tasks.
