- **65% Sales & Enablement, 35% Payments SME (Issuing focus)**
- **Direct reporting to International Head of Growth Office**
- **Top-level remuneration** (OTE uncapped; mega deal commissions up to $1M)

**We’re looking for**:

- 15+ years in enterprise software sales in FS, 8+ in Payments
- Hands-on, relationship-driven, and commercially astute
- Proven experience engaging C-suite across the region
- Influencer status in the payments industry, especially issuing

**Ideal backgrounds include** senior payments specialists from **First Data - Fiserv, Global Payments, TSYS Payment Solutions, Atos Worldline, Marqeta, HPS Technologies, Icon Payments, Heartland Payment Systems, Nexi Group, Visa, Mastercard, ASG, ACI, TCS, DXC, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys, Temenos, FIS, Oracle / Flexcube, Infosys/Finacle, Finastra, SAP, Broadbridge, SS&C,**and** Smartstream.**
