**Role Objective**:

- Create a management process aimed at optimizing decision-making and improving the performance of all operations such as warehousing, shipping, scalability and cost with the aim of offering a better quality service to internal and external customers. In order to be effective, it must be carried out periodically (monthly), with the aim of maintaining the alignment between the different areas (Commercial/Finance/Ops/3PL), considering the current capabilities and expectations of each sector.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Bachelor in Math/ Statistical / Production Engineer/ Administrative
- 5 years experience in Demand Planning

**What You Will Do**:

- Commercial and Operational monthly Alignment
- Operational capacity monthly forecast
- Monthly impacts projection
- Space and Demand alignment in Darkstores
- Transportation cycle projections
- Operational costs follow up (Monthly projection x real)
- Keep the campaigns chronogram (Initial Date and End Date)
- Create products mixes (campaigns mixes) to darkstores
- Keep track on products arrival (avoid overstock)
- Be near to Commercial and Finance team
- Focal point to talk about dates of campaigns and modifications
- Owner of the meetings (S&OP Operational with vertical heads) / (S&OP Executive meeting with Global Leaders + Heads)
- Creation and control of all operational KPIs and OKRS
