The Professional Soccer Agency Division Director will oversee the daily operations of a soccer agency division, working to ensure the success and growth of the agency's soccer department. The Director will be responsible for managing a team of agents and support staff, building relationships with clients and clubs, negotiating contracts, and developing business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of soccer agents and support staff to ensure efficient and effective performance of all duties.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and clubs, working to expand the agency's network and client base.
Negotiate contracts and handle all aspects of player representation, including player transfers, contracts, and endorsements.
Develop and implement business strategies to grow the agency's soccer department and increase revenue.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
Attend industry events and maintain a strong presence in the soccer community.
Work closely with the agency's leadership team to ensure alignment with the overall strategic direction of the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in sports management, business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sports agency or a related field, with a strong focus on soccer.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with clients and clubs.
Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage complex deals.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A passion for soccer and a deep understanding of the industry.
Pay: R$4,722.86 - R$5,687.75 per month
