- Job Purpose
Ensure that the Proposal or Budget is delivered to the Client punctually, in accordance with procedures and professional quality. Works under general supervision
Job Description
- Register TechnipFMC in client systems;
- Monitor client systems for new client opportunities;
- Send and receive official communications through client websites;
- Issue and follow up on material requisitions (SAP and Oracle);
- Request and follow up on payments;
- Release of intercompany invoices;
- Inclusion of invoices in the Único-Doc system;
- Payment forecast consultations;
- Confirmation of attendees at events;
- Administration of participants in committees of external entities;
- Administrative support in organizing agendas and priorities for institutional relations;
- Support in organizing marketing events;
- Administration of SharePoint folders for the commercial area.
- Location: Eco Sapucaí - Rio de Janeiro
- You are meant for this job if:

- Degree in Administration or Archival Science;
- Advanced English;
- Experience in: Administrative activities,document organization,administrative processes for payment generation;
- Oracle and SAP are desirable;
- Knowledge in the Office Suite.
