Estamos procurando um Engineering Manager para fazer parte do nosso time. Se você busca colocar em prática as suas habilidades de gestão de equipe na área de engenharia de software, TownSq é o seu lugar

Como será seu dia a dia:

- Construir, escalar e manter times de engenharia de software
- Executar feedbacks e garantir o desenvolvimento e entregas do time
- Debater requisitos de negócio e definições de produto
- Dar visibilidade das métricas e trabalho do time
- Contribuir com decisões técnicas e funcionais dos produtos de responsabilidade do time
- Cultivar e disseminar a cultura da empresa

O que esperamos de você:

- Inglês avançado
- Java, C# ou Javascript
- SQL
- Liderança de squads ágeis
- Gestão de carreira

Você vai se destacar se tiver:

- Conhecimento de arquitetura de sistemas distribuídos
- Experiência com Cloud Providers (AWS, GCP ou Azure)
- Experiência com ferramentas de BI
