**Funções que serão desempenhadas**:

- Apuração do IRPJ/CSLL (Lucro Real) corrente e diferido sobre o resultado da Companhia com o objetivo de recolher os devidos impostos corretamente;
- Realização das contabilizações, conciliações dos impostos diretos correntes e diferidos, bem como explicações de alíquotas efetivas, variações contábeis e diferenças de orçamento e forecast;
- Apoio nas demandas de realização de Orçamento e Forecast relacionados aos tributos diretos;
- Acompanhamento e cálculo das diferenças temporárias em IFRS e USGAAP (Controle de ativos e passivos fiscais diferidos e parte B Lalur/Lacs);
- Elaboração e report do Pacote Fiscal (Tax Package) local e USGAAP para o time global;
- Atendimento a demandas, report e análises tributárias do time global concernentes a impostos diretos;
- Atendimento a consultorias para demandas de Preço de Transferência e operações intercompany;
- Garantir a conformidade dos cálculos de impostos sobre operações intercompany bem como o suporte documental;
- Elaborar notas explicativas de impostos para as Demonstrações Financeiras;
- Orientar e preparar as documentações necessárias para a participação em licitações;
- Elaborar e acompanhar o preenchimento das obrigações acessórias ECF, atentando para o cumprimento da legislação fiscal vigente;
- Atendimento às fiscalizações em curso relacionadas a tributos diretos;
- Acompanhamento das contingências tributárias para reportar internamente e externamente;
- Suporte ao atendimento a auditoria interna e externa.

**Requisitos necessários**:

- Ensino superior completo (preferencialmente em ciências contábeis);
- Inglês avançado;
- Experiência sólida em apuração de impostos diretos, reports globais (Tax package), legislação tributária, PER/DCOMP e declarações acessórias;
- Excel avançado;
- Conhecimento sólido e experiência prática em IFRS/USGAAP;
- Diferenciais:

- Experiências com sistemas ERP (Oracle R12);
- Pós-graduação em Gestão Tributária ou similar.
