Senior Paid Media Analyst

**About the Role**
As a Senior Paid Media Analyst, you will be responsible for planning and executing paid media campaigns to achieve optimized results through constant monitoring of key KPIs. We’re looking for a professional with proven experience across various media channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, and others)

- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across different paid media channels, focused on achieving departmental targets.
- Manage and execute channel-specific projects alongside internal teams and external partners.
- Oversee media budgets for assigned channels in collaboration with team leadership.
- Propose and implement technical and operational improvements to boost performance.
- Prepare management reports and insights on channel performance and media KPIs.
- Use web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio) and consolidate data from multiple sources.
- Monitor metrics daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Design, implement, and analyze incremental results through A/B testing and experiments

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
- Solid experience with paid media.
- Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning.
- Knowledge of media formats, markets, and specifications.
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for reporting and data presentation.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with ease working with numerical data.
**Differential Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)**:
- Prior experience in sports betting or iGaming industries.
- Experience with Native advertising and Live Odds channels.
- Familiarity with app measurement platforms.
- Interest in sports and sporting events.
- Background in retail, e-commerce, or related sectors.
- Experience with DV360/CM360
