Main Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with teams and leaders to understand recruitment needs and support them throughout the process;
- Be able to establish an excellent network with the Tech public to attract talent;

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related majors
- Advanced English skills
- Be familiar with Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability as a Talent Advisor to effectively create comprehensive recruiting strategies within social media, talent branding, ATS solutions, and recruiter capability.
- Strong customer facing experience with the ability to influence leaders
- High ambition, self-motivation and passion about our vision

Desired qualifications:

- Experience with Workday (HR System)
- Ability to recruit for different groups; e.g: engineering, administrative, IT,
- Experience in heavy industry environment
