**Network Technical Lead**

**What you’ll do**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and implementation of network solutions utilizing Cisco ISE Switching & Routing Cisco and Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela).
- Oversee the integration of network systems to ensure seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
- Provide technical expertise in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains to support project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement network strategies that align with business goals.
- Ensure the security and integrity of network systems through regular monitoring and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
- Conduct regular network assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations processes and procedures.
- Provide training and support to team members on network technologies and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in network technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Participate in the planning and execution of network-related projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the availability of necessary resources and support.
- Contribute to the development of network policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Language Level: Advanced English
- Possess a strong understanding of Cisco ISE Switching & Routing Cisco and Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela).
- Demonstrate expertise in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims and Payer domains.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
- Show proficiency in network design implementation and maintenance.
- Exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
