**Job Specific Duties & Responsibilities**:
Learn and assist with:

- Responding to basic customer inquiries and incidents.
- Setting up and system monitoring and alerts
- Gathering and analyzing log files to identify root causes of issues
- Basic to intermediate system administration tasks (e.g., restarting services, basic to intermediate configuration changes)
- Reporting and documentation

Exposure to:

- Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure,GCP)
- Server operating systems (Linux, Windows Server)
- Database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, MySql, PostgreSQL)
- Application deployment and configuration
- ITIL principles and incident,problem & change management processes

**Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Completed at least 2 years of undergraduate studies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and eager to learn new technologies
- Good work ethic, reliability and attention to detail
- Good at balancing work and academic life
