**Overview**
**Location**: Latin America
We are seeking a talented **Back End Developer** to join our dynamic team for developing **AI-powered automation platform** for enterprise teams. The solution learns workflows to eliminate manual tasks, enhancing operational efficiency.
**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement scalable backend systems, including high-throughput event processing and data pipelines.
- Define and uphold best practices for performance, scalability, and backend architecture.
- Optimize performance across distributed systems and ensure efficient resource usage.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to deploy scalable AI models in production.
- Implement robust security practices and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
- Work with DevOps to streamline deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
**Qualifications**
- **4+ years of experience** building scalable and performant backend systems capable of handling high-throughput workloads.
- Strong experience with backend technologies, ideally **Node.js/TypeScript** (Python is a plus).
- Experience in **PostgreSQL** and designing data models (SQL & NoSQL).
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Good understanding of the cloud is important, especially for **AWS**(GCP and Azure are less relevant).
- Experience developing and maintaining integrations with enterprise platforms and third-party APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex distributed systems.
- Experience developing browser extensions is a plus.
- Experience with Terraform and **CI/CD**is a big plus.
**Fluent English-conversational** skills is a MUST
