- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including geologists, drilling engineers, and project managers, to achieve project objective
- Identify services and tools to effectively carry out abandonment and workover operations. This can involve tasks such as logging and evaluating the wellbore condition to help in placing mechanical and cement plugs accurately, cement evaluation logs to verify the quality of cement barriers, among others.
- Interpretation of cased hole logging data, including production logging, cement evaluation, casing integrity and saturation monitoring.
- Being responsible for integrating production data with reservoir and completion information to develop actionable insights
- Analyze data from advanced tools such as pulsed neutron, spectral gamma ray, and other case hole evaluation technologies.
- Diagnose issues like casing deformation, corrosion, and cement bond quality to ensure safe and effective well operations
- Analyze production logs to identify flow profiles, troubleshoot production problems, and recommend optimization strategies
- Modeling the geometry of the perforating technics, to support and understanding the impact of perforation on wellbore stability and fluid flow
- Evaluate well integrity through tools such as multi-finger calipers, ultrasonic imaging, and corrosion logs.
- Support any formation and petrophysics evaluation
- Integrating data from various sources, such as logging while drilling (LWD) and wireline logs, to create comprehensive geological models. These models help in making informed decisions about well development and completion
- QC data for all cased hole logging services
- Handling communication with colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems
- Acting as project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have bachelor’s degree (Petroleum Engineering preferred)
- Have advanced experience in workover and well abandonment
- Have an advanced English and Portuguese (Spanish will be a plus)
- Have good oral and written communication skills
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Familiarity with daily operations and operational procedures, services and technologies for conducting major and/or minor workover, Coiled-Tubing, and Slickline operations.
- Proficiency in perforating analysis Software: GEM, Pulsefrac, Casing inspection tools (Wiper/Wiva ), PLTs Emeraulde, and other relevant Cased hole logging processing software,
