**Project Description**:
We are is looking for a talented Technical Project Manager to identify technical solutions to meet our project goals and timelines.
We are working on a consumer facing mobile app with a commerce element — users get paid for allowing data collection from their device & taking surveys.
The back end is web based software that collects device usage stats and other info, user demographics, survey responses, etc. that then allows for data analysis & insights.
There's also a question/survey building tool to manage the app content
and of course something to manage users & track payments owed, and make the payment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with multiple teams in and across Product/Engineering/Design organizations to plan and deliver new features.
- Lead engineering teams to create system-level design, release and rollout plans for new features.
- Look for opportunities to incorporate needed system quality improvements into Project plans.
- Set Stakeholders' expectations and provide updates on project deadlines.
- Continuously identifying risks and blockers. Prioritize and propose solutions and keep Stakeholders up to date.
- Ensure smooth rollout of features.

**Requirements**:

- Important that they have experience managing multiple projects with dif code bases (but are highly related codebases that speak to one another)
- they need to be extremely well organized and understand how things inter-relate
- Clearly articulate requirements and what is needed from dif partie
- Proven success running cross-functional technical projects.
- Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Enough understanding of technical concepts to explain to non-technical partners
- The ability to lead through influence
- 5+ years project management experience
