**Job Summary**

We are looking for a Network Analyst with a great passion for internet network protocols cyber security and network infrastructure to join our global Connectivity Service team supporting the implementation of Security Service Edge (SSE). We are equipped with solutions & tools to obtain a real time health-status of IT systems. This enables you to be efficient in detecting potential or evident IT service failures as well as cyber-security incidents.

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to network incidents and outages promptly troubleshooting and resolving issues to minimize downtime and service disruption.
- Coordinate with the managed service provider to ensure the effective implementation and management of SSE solutions including Secure Web Gateways (SWG) Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB) and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).
- Maintain and update network configurations ensuring they align with best practices and security policies.
- Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations procedures and incident reports.
- Ensure network operations comply with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support for network hardware and software including routers switches firewalls and VPNs.
- Assist users with network-related issues and provide technical support as needed.
- Continuously monitor network performance availability and security using various network management tools and systems.
- Fluent in English
