**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
This role is part of Operations-Leaf
The role is responsible for the management of the team of Agricultural Advisors, in a Agricultural Production Territory, aiming to ensure compliance with the relationship model defined by BAT/Souza Cruz with its integrated producers, establishing and controlling goals and results to be achieved, in accordance with established guidelines.
**Reports to**:Regional Agricultural Production Manager
**Reporting Level**:Management
**Geographic Scope**: Brazil
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Manage a team of agronomists/technicians who provides technical assistance to tobacco farmers based on the integrated production system program
- Track performance indicators to ensure crop size demand and quality are met in a consistent basis
- Develop and implement growing plans to improve farmers efficiency and resilience
- Enhance farmers financial performance and livelihoods
- Lead the implementation of ESG agenda and on time in full delivery of related Group’s commitments
- Ensure full compliance to BAT policies and standards
- Budget control and management
- Project management
- Local stakeholder engagement, including public institutions and governmental bodies

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Master's Degree in Agronomy or Agronomic Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related to the agricultural area
- Previous experience in the agricultural area, people management and creation and implementation of strategic plans.
- Advanced English level.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- Driver's license, category B
- Full mobility within Paraná
