Hear from our employees about what our values mean to them **About the opportunity**: **Responsibilities**: - Join our Salesforce Systems Team and have an immediate impact on the company and the implementation of our Salesforce instance - Work directly with our Product and Engineering Team, members of our Sales & Operations teams, as well as the organization as a whole, to improve the process of buying and selling homes - Prioritize and manage incoming development requests from stakeholders, and effectively oversee the ticket queue to ensure timely resolution of Salesforce issues and enhancements. - Collaborate on projects ranging from 3rd party integrations to development of new business processes that promote efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation - Focus on bridging the gap between development and end users - Contribute to documentation, product scoping, and training - Collaborate on strategies to manage Salesforce metadata & tabular data - Work side-by-side with our existing Salesforce experts to own Salesforce implementation and architecture planning - Work closely with our engineering team to build integrations & develop processes that scale our operations & sales efforts - Wear both development and administration hats - as a growing organization, we'll need an administrator who can fill both roles to ensure we plan data structures and configurations for scaling **About You**: - **4+ years of Salesforce development experience**, ideally in a start-up environment - Strong ownership of delivering high-quality solutions - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Demonstrated ability to manage an inbound stream of requests effectively - Proven track record of working cross-functionally with stakeholders to communicate and deliver outcomes - Experience developing within a highly customized Salesforce environment - Ability to be flexible, wear many hats, pivot, and enjoy a dynamic environment - Self-starter mentality with experience devising and testing hypotheses and implementing research plans; someone who can help the business identify the right questions to ask - **Credentials - Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II**: - Experience with a variety of developer-focused solutions, including: - Apex Triggers - Queueable Classes - Schedulable Classes - Batch Classes - LWC, Aura, and Visualforce Components - Trigger Frameworks - Experience with Salesforce developer tools such as: - Github - Gearset - VSCode - Nebula Logger - Salesforce CLI - Github Co-Pilot - Experience with business operations tools such as: - Dialpad - Hubspot - Zapier - LeanData - Validity - And other Salesforce adjacent/integrated tools - An open and collaborative mentality, Homeward is rapidly scaling its business and working with Salesforce will require analytical rigor, well-designed solutions, & strong collaboration **Value-Driven Employee Experience**: **THE GOLDEN RULE**.
