**About the role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical **Operations Manager** to join our Customer Profitability Team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying areas of opportunity and driving process improvements to optimize for scalability and growth. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ideate, design, implement, and roll out programs and processes that improve operations.

**Our Proposal**

As an **Opertions Manager**, your typical workload will include proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives, rolling out projects and initiatives, and measuring compliance. You will also be responsible for attending meetings, including 1:1s and weekly reviews of areas of improvement.

This role will report to the Head of Service Operations.

- High level of expertise with spreadsheets, numbers, and details**:_Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, Scripts and Data Studio_**_._
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you’ll need to interact with team members,stakeholders, and executives.
- Effective leader who can inspire and motivate the team to achieve the program's objectives.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects.
- Proficiency level of English
- Confluence experience.
- _ SQL and PgAdmin experience will be highly valued but not mandatory._
