**Department Overview**: The PremierOne CAD and Mobile team develops software for public safety organizations to manage emergency dispatch and reporting. The team is part of the Motorola Video and Software organization which builds secure, scalable and reliable on-premise and cloud based products to serve public safety and enterprise markets throughout the world providing sophisticated and customized workflows and cost effective solutions to municipalities of all sizes.
**Basic Requirements**:

- Strong experience with UI programming in C#/.NET, including familiarity with multiple UI frameworks and experience leading the design and implementation of user interfaces.
- Advanced debugging skills, including experience with memory dumps, performance profiling, and root cause analysis.
- Expert proficiency with Git and experience working with distributed version control systems in a collaborative development environment.
- Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal, for effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively mentor and guide junior developers.
- Strong leadership skills, including experience leading technical teams, providing guidance, and driving project completion.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex technical projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- MS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
