Job Summary
- Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with the company’s financial policies
- Ensure internal control compliance and completion of annual SOX processes
- Prepares monthly P&L and analysis to Support Sales team and Finance
- Provides monthly and quarterly closing to Hill’s Brazil
- Working closing with CP Brazil Finance, ensure compliance with all Statutory reporting requirements

Principal

**Responsibilities**:
Maintain the integrity of the company’s financial accounting records and systems, ensuring the financial closings and reporting are completed accurately and timely. Including:

- Accurate recording of sales revenue and documentation of sales cutoff procedures.
- Accurate recording and accrual of Gross-to-Net commitments and monthly analysis of term & conditions payments based on performance.
- Accurate recording of advertising and promotional expenses and verification of promotional vendor contract terms.
- Being a key player for the Monthly Discipline process that aims to close gaps vs revenue targets.
- Non-Variable Overhead (NVO) Management - ensure overhead expenses are recorded in line with company financial policies. Leverage systems and tools to efficiently provide the Finance Manager with information and analysis of NVO expenditures.
- Proactively identify and leverage synergies with CP Brazil, to ensure common processes and systems are utilized.
- Performing customer credit analysis utilizing customer financial documentation, payment history and external (3rd party) data (if available) to recommend customer credit limits, payment terms and risk classes.
- Support Internal control measures to monitor compliance with financial policies including contract management, sales orders controls, customer & vendor management, etc.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting /Economics.
- Two to three years experience with Financial Analysis, Cost Accounting, GTN management, Budget preparation, Credit, General Accounting.
- English (90%) required.
- Proficient with Excel, SAP required. Internal systems Csip, BI analysis or Domo, Python, Data studio a plus.
- Advanced Spanish is a plus.
