Currently we are looking for our next: DVC - Project Manager

**Which is the main objective of this role?**

Act as a Project Manager, leading DVC Smart Manufacturing implemenations, ensuring that the projects are on time, accomplish main objectives and without exceeding budget by providing control and follow up of key activities, identifying and mitigating risks and issues, identifying and communicating to all key stakeholders. Focusing on leading 7 Lagoas and Cerillos implementation as well as IT/OT readiness for Funza and Itu.

Qualifications:
**What will you be doing?**
- Lead the DVC Smart Manufacturing projects following the PM methodology and governance.
- Provides leadership from project initiating to closing and ensures to incorporates lessons learned into the project processes, best practices, methodology and tools.
- Identify and support integration points within other projects.
- Develop and update the detailed project plans aligned with the functional areas and key stakeholders
- Ensure active risks / issues detection and mitigation trougth the different tasks and crossfunctional areas.
- Lead the periodical construccion of weekly project status and ensure the correct communication for the several DVC forums.
- Lead, follow, monitor the value realization methodology to track the committed benefits in the projects.
- Ensure Multifunctional teams integration (Key stakeholders engagement and project team motivation)
- Ensure Change Management plan and execution

**Who are we looking for?**
- Professional in Engineering, Business Administration or any other similar major
- At least 4 years of experience in managing
- At least 4 years of experience on Supply Chain/Manufacturing projects..
- Highly recommended to be PMP Certified or other valid Project Management methodology
- Fluid in English / Spanish / Portuguese
- Business know-how and knowledge
