**SCOPE**:

- Insure and report to line management project overview, detailed planning with regards to schedule, cost and resource requirements
- Evaluate risks throughout projects ensuring risk mitigation actions are performed
- Project scope breakdown and definition according to project proposal
- Analysis of skill and competence requirements based on content of tasks
- Training of personnel
- Manage workshops and field activities to achieve project goals
- Calibration of tools
- Lead technical activities and support equipment mobilizations
- Perform technical scopes in the workshop and on site as applicable
- Perform technical activities to maintain equipment pool and assets

**BUDGET**:

- Establish project budget in accordance with project breakdown structure.
- Monitor development on project spending and initiate actions as required
