**Job Mission**

**Main Responsibilities**

Be an interaction agent between the different areas with technical product knowledge to support the operation with the best service and the best Customer experience.

Regularly organize and collect product knowledge base, which can transform product technology into language scripts that users can easily understand.

Possess certain training abilities and can provide product knowledge training to call centers or salespeople.

Users can provide feedback and data for product related analysis.

**Required**

Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (recommended) or with Product knowledge

English: Fluent

2+ years of product expert experience, preferable with hybrid or electric technology. Work experience in automotive products, work experience interacting with attendance structure / customer care operation is preferred

Possess basic collection, sorting, analysis, execution, thinking and response, and decision-making capabilities.

Possess 5W analytical ability, schedule management ability, problem discovery and resolution ability, and make reports.

Hybrid model: 3x in person 2x remote

Location: São Paulo-SP South Zone
