**The Role**

The Fulfillment Lead, based in San Paula, is responsible for managing hardware import and export, local vendor procurement and management, Inventory planning, warehouse operations, customer order processing and logistics to ensure tracking devices can arrive at customer origins in Brazil on time, at the right quality with right experience. This individual shall also work closely with customers to provide device related training and technical support. This individual shall be very detailed oriented and possess excellent organizational and communications skills.

**Duties Include, but Will Not be Limited to**:

- Source and manage logistic vendors to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery service;
- Maintain communications with customer sites to ensure device requirements being promptly planned for, order being fulfilled accurately, and being shipping on time.
- Collaborate with team members to review and organize incoming and outgoing delivery needs;
- Manage device reverse logistic from Brazil customers, or other Overhaul programs with Brazil as destination.
- Provide device related training and technical support to customer origins (with US support)
- Regularly check, plan, and place orders with suppliers as needed
- Stock and maintain required packaging materials for both shipments and or device storage
- Maintain accurate records and monitor inventory control in ERP and Overhaul platforms
- Adhere to any protocols and SOPs related to order fulfillment and inventory management processes
- Other operational tasks in Brazil as needed

**Technical Requirement**:

- Excellent PC skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the order fulfillment process, facility policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn and understand warehouse ERP systems.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing, Production management, and/or Fulfillment is required.
- Education if operations or logistics, or relevant industry experience is preferred.

- Excellent communication skills, English language required, with good verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, priorities management, and focus on execution.
- Self-motivated, flexible, result oriented and can work well under pressure with associated deadlines
- Has strong analytical skills, planning skills, and attention to detail
