Market Analyst

**The **Role**:Market Analyst.

**The Team**:The prices team has five existing roles in a number of global offices and also works closely with analysis teams in US and Europe.

**The Impact**:

- Manage the collection and storage of prices data from agreed sources, following set processes for collecting, storing, manipulating and publishing prices data
- Oversee regular surveys with agreed sources to obtain prices data
- Check databases for errors
- Produce original written analysis as part of subscription products
- Identify new sources for prices information.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Required Qualifications:

- University education with a background in economics, data, journalism, or commodity markets
- High-quality spoken and written English is essential.
- Previous experience in managing data is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

- A team player able to work effectively with diverse colleagues in multiple locations
- Focused on providing a consistently high standard of service to customers
- A great communicator whether internally or externally with customers and contacts
