Role Summary:
Conduct chemical and physical analyzes in the various phases of the production process, in accordance with the quality plan and established analytical methodologies, in order to guarantee the quality of the final product.

**Responsibilities**:

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: - To certify the quality of the product in the various phases of production, feeding the operating system with the results of the analysis performed. - Certification of the specifications of the inputs produced internally and acquired from suppliers, performing physical and chemical analyzes according to quality plans established within the schedule of their shift, analyzing critically the analytical results obtained in order to guarantee the quality of the final product. - Know and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the requirements and standards of the area correspond to the system adopted by the company. - Contribute to the reduction of production costs and environmental impact by monitoring effluents and waste from the production process, in order to meet legal requirements. - Provide support to the bench by providing samples for priority analyzes. - Develop, implement improvements or revise analytical methodologies, to meet the needs of internal and external customers. - Perform the daily calibration according to the standards established for each equipment (PHogrometer and Conductivity Meter) - Establish cooperation in the execution of other activities in the area, at the discretion of the Immediate Superior, in response to new analytical demands and / or support for the analysis process, to ensure the reliability and operational continuity of the Laboratory. - Perform chemical and physical analyzes according to the established in the quality plans and make available the analytical results in the network programs. - Execute training of new employees in the use of analytical techniques and new support activities, through the established in the operating instructions and analysis methods, aiming to ensure the standardization of activities in the characterization of the final product quality. - Participate in the quality control of the final product, performing chemical and physical analyzes in the various phases of the production process, following a defined schedule for its work shift and in accordance with the pre-defined analytical methods. - Provide the necessary resources to carry out the chemical and physical analyzes, through the preparation and standardization of the solutions used in the process of quality control, in order to guarantee the reliability of the results of the analytical tests. - Carry out analytical tests, defined to guarantee the quality of water in the production of high pressure steam, used in several stages of the pulp production process, according to the quality plan of chemical recovery and utilities. - Ensure the order, safekeeping, conservation of materials, equipment, documentation and work place under its responsibility, through compliance with internal regulations, in order to guarantee the safety and operational continuity of the sector.

**Requirements**:

- Ensino Médio Técnico em Química ou curso correlato;
- Registro profissional CRQ ativo
- Técnicas analíticas
- Inglês técnico para leitura
- SAP como usuário
