- Job Description
- The selection process for this position has as target audience "BLACK PEOPLE", aligned with the transformation journey of TechnipFMC to become a more diverse, equitable and inclusive company. - Job Purpose
- This role will be pivotal in supporting the successful implementation of global projects by designing and standardizing change management materials, providing coaching and guidance to regional leadership, and ensuring smooth transition and communication to our projects.
- You are meant for this job if:

- Educational Background: bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Advanced or Native English speaker (English will be required 90% of the time)

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in change management, preferably within large organizations.

Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and global environment.

Strong project management skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in creating and managing content for internal platforms.

Ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
