Guydeez is looking for passionate and knowledgeable hosts to join our team in Recife, delivering private and personalized walking experiences to small groups of travelers.

You don’t need to be a professional tour guide — just someone who loves Recife and wants travelers to feel the same way. This role offers flexible working days and hours to fit your schedule.

Basic Requirements
- Good to excellent knowledge of Recife
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, German, Italian, English, Chinese, or Portuguese

Experience & Suitability
- Comfortable hosting a variety of experiences, typically lasting 3 to 8 hours (see our website for more details)
- Passion for food and interest in hosting food-related experiences is a plus

Contract & Payment
- Contract Type: Freelancer
- No entry fee required
- One-day company introduction provided
- Fixed salary: 90 EURO per day
- Performance bonuses available

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead guided tours in multiple languages, showcasing historical landmarks with engaging commentary
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, ensuring guest satisfaction, and promptly resolving issues
- Manage tour schedules efficiently to ensure timely departures and arrivals
- Use strong communication skills to deliver informative and entertaining tours for diverse audiences
- Demonstrate leadership by effectively guiding and supervising tour groups
- Educate visitors on the history and significance of local attractions

Pay: R$600.00 per day
