**Job Title**: Junior Booking Agent

**Job Summary**:
As a Junior Booking Agent, you will support the booking team in securing and coordinating performance opportunities for clients, assisting with contracts, and handling logistics. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in the entertainment and events industry, while working closely with senior agents and learning the ins and outs of talent booking.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Securing Opportunities**: Help identify potential venues, events, or opportunities for artists and clients by conducting market research and outreach under the guidance of senior agents.
- **Support Contract Negotiation**:Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts between clients and venues. Learn how to negotiate terms under the supervision of senior agents.
- **Relationship Building**:Begin establishing relationships with venues, event organizers, and promoters. Maintain communication to ensure smooth coordination of events.
- **Logistical Coordination**:Help organize travel, accommodations, and other logístical details for clients and performances, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- **Administrative Support**:Keep calendars updated with confirmed bookings, event details, and deadlines for clients. Track changes and ensure all documents are properly filed in the system.
- **Financial Administration**:Assist in handling invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-up on deposits with venues and clients, under the supervision of the booking team.
- **Problem Solving**:Support senior agents in resolving any issues related to bookings, whether they involve logistics, contracts, or client needs.
- **Learn Industry Trends**:Stay informed on the latest industry trends, opportunities, and best practices by participating in meetings and learning from experienced agents.

**Requirements**:

- English proficiency/fluency, both written and speaking (note: interviews will be conducted in English).
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on detail.
- Eagerness to learn about contract law, event logistics, and the booking process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or project management software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team environment and support senior agents.

**Salary**:Depending on experience (minimum R$ 1,750 maximum R$ 2,100 per month).

Pay: R$1,750.00 - R$2,000.00 per month
