Job Description: The CaiNiao Logistics Network Manager is responsible to manage the transportation operations and staff, building operational procedures, in alignment with CaNiao's Partners, ensuring and improving service levels, providing timely resolution to issues and real-time decisions. Constantly working on improve processes and customer experience. Responsibilities: 1.Implement objectives through effective organization in the processes; be able to analyze&review and implement the process optimization; 2.Maintain constant communication and build strong relations with CaiNiao's Partners (Carriers, Suppliers and others) and other departments, in order to guarantee operations KPI, according to pre-established SLAs as well as solve bottlenecks in the transportation network; 3.Be able to manage and analyze data from different databases to develop logistics operations KPI, follow the SLA requirement to solve bottlenecks in the transportation network; 4.to build the process and capabilities to monitor volumes, potential operational disruptions, and align maintenance of network coverage stability, abnormal and handling of major emergencies;
1.3~5 years’ experience of Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Operations Management, Engineering; highly preferable with the knowledge of sorting center operations and logistics network management； 2.Strong communication and writing skills necessary to build effective working; demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines; 3.Strong data analysis skills, along with the problem-solving capabilities, perform reports as needed; 4.Completed Bachelor‘s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Engineering etc.; 5.English excellent written and oral communication skills, including an ability to communicate across business areas; Chinese is a plus.
