Wood is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition -South America team supporting our Macae, RJ office.

**Typical Responsibilities**
- Manage and appropriately prioritize a requisition load of 25-30 + job openings at a time
- Partner with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and other stakeholders as a trusted advisor to create strategic and proactive recruitment strategies that support Wood’s overall strategy
- Agility to adopt new resourcing tools, processes and trends while working in a fast paced and dynamic recruitment environment

Authorization to lawfully work in Brazil without sponsorship from Wood now or in the future is required. We do not offer relocation for this role.

**Expected**:

- 5 + years of previous professional and/or technical recruiting experience
- Experience creating successful and productive relationships with hiring managers
- Flexibility to successfully navigate a high-volume recruiting environment which includes modifications of priority, date needed and requisition load
- Understanding of human resources standard practices and procedures including interview best practices
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills along with the ability to work independently and proactively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

**Desirable**:

- Experience recruiting within operations, maintenance, engineering, design and consulting sectors or related sectors
