**Responsibilities**:
1.Partner with your assigned business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team, build trustful relationship with business leaders.
2.Work closely with recruitment team to select best talent in warehouse operations
3.Provide a holistic talent management system and practices from talent criteria setting, evaluation and talent development to continuously upgrade org. capability.
4.Initiate and launch HR projects including Performance management, Headcount management, Talent Management and Compensation&Benefits management. Be responsible for the local HR operations.
5.Work closely with cross-functional teams in both China and regional teams, participate in HR projects cooperating with cross boarder teams.
6.Partner with internal and external stakeholders as needed to continuously keep the employer brand strong and attractive.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree and above
2. Experienced in at least 2 functions in HR field
3. Solid trajectory as business partner type of HR with have a keen sense and understanding on business
4. Holistic thinking, strong organizing, communicating and conflict-managing skills
5. Quickly adapt to fast-changing pace, high sense of responsibly and patience, team work.
6. Ability to understand the local HR policies, labor code and common practices
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
8. Fluent in English and Chinese will be an advantage
