**eLearning Content Developer with Spanish **is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining curriculum for all NetSuite training courses as well as integrating new product releases and instructor feedback into existing courseware in English and Spanish.

The eLearning Content Developer is responsible for updating existing content based on business need, NetSuite product changes/updates, and end-user feedback. The courses developed are for a variety of audiences at both the functional and technical levels. You will be responsible for creating effective and engaging learning courseware using software simulations, voiceovers, and a variety of other methods.

Developed curriculum will support instructor-led classroom training, instructor-led virtual training, and self-paced e-learning, and must deliver on-time, on-budget to coincide with Software release and launch in strategic Global Regions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain course materials for all audiences including customers, partners, and employees.
- Create training documentation including instructor presentations, conceptual framework for eLearning development, audio scripts for e-learning, instructor and student guides, quick reference materials, and hands-on exercises.
- Record system demonstrations and provide voice over narration for eLearning courses.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop course specifications and gather course content.
- Manage Risk and milestones throughout Project lifecycle for each course and country to meet tight deadlines.
- Applies expertise and best practices into curriculums and learning objectives.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with project sponsors and other NetSuite departments.
- Manages multiple concurrent projects and tasks.

**Desired Experience**:

- **2 - 3 years’ experience in instructional design and curriculum development some of which could be substituted for training delivery experience.**:

- **Outstanding verbal and written Spanish language skills (C1/C2 level or native).**:

- Outstanding verbal and written English-language skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office experience and ability to work with any CRM/ERP tools.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts; partnering across an international organization (Sales, Engineering, etc.) to support training needs.
- Solid experience with developing course materials, learning objectives, training aids, and step-by-step instructions.
- Ability to analyse project deliverables and risks.
- Ability to meet deadlines and understand training needs and present effective educational solutions.
- Experience with Spanish Voice Over is a plus.
- Knowledge of audience-engagement techniques for different learning styles a plus.
- Knowledge of standard accounting principles and financial reporting a plus.
- Experience using Adobe Captivate and other curriculum development or multi-media tools a plus.

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

Develops courseware to support new and existing products, often though not exclusively in conjunction with Product Division.

Coordinate and evaluate development contributions from other courseware development team members. Develop certification questions for use in the Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) exams. Solicit & incorporate feedback from reviews and training events. Deliver training at train-the-trainer and pilot events.

Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Bachelor*s Degree in Computer Science or Instructional Design. Four years adult education experience (as teacher or curriculum developer). Seven years technical or professional experience using Oracle products or related software. Strong SQL and PL/SQL knowledge and experience. Knowledge of XML, Java, and J2EE technologies. Experience with Oracle9i Database administration. Knowledge of Oracle9i Application server.
