As an intern in the area of Application Engineering you will have the opportunity to interact and learn from Senior Application Engineers providing technical support, helping Cadence customers to effectively deploy our industry leading Verification products. You will be in a team working with our customers to understand their needs and provide guidance on the best technologies and methodologies to enable their success, coming up with innovate solutions to address our customers’ most challenging problems.

This role will be focused on Cadence products on the Formal Verification domain: Jasper Formal Verification platform and other Jasper tools and apps.

**Requirements**:

- Enrolled in a BS program on the areas listed above
- Interest in RTL coding and reading
- Interest in Digital Design Fundamentals

Nice to have Skills
- Knowledge of Verilog
- Knowledge of Assertions
- Knowledge of scripting languages Tcl, Perl, Python is a plus
- English: written and oral communication skills

Additional Internship Details:

- Internship term: 20 hours/week
- Location: R. Desembargador Jorge Fontana, 50, 12o floor, Belo Horizonte
- Location: Avenida do Contorno, 5800 - Savassi - Belo Horizonte/MG
