**Summary / purpose of the position**
**The Intern will support all administrative routines and tasks of the Legal Area, improving the legal support capability to internal clients through organized processes.**
**Main responsibilities / job expectations**
- **Provide general administrative support to the legal area and team colleagues with pre-determined internal processes, such as internal contract system, POs, preparation of documents for signature, collection of signatures, storage of documentation in physical and digital files, support in meeting scheduling, among other administrative tasks.**:
- **Support in contract’s review**:
- ** Support interaction with vendors, such as external law firms, especially in billing processes**:
- ** Support in the implementation of projects of the area**
**Knowledge, abilities & experience**
Education / Certifications:
- Registered university student of Law, preferably in the middle/end of the graduation time
**Experience**:
- Desirable, but not mandatory: Previous experience in pharma and/or legal department of global companies
Languages:
- Fluent writing and verbal in English
- Spanish will be a differential
- Fluent in Portuguese
