**Your role**

Are you solution oriented? Do you always have an eye toward improving processes? We’re looking for someone like that who can help us:

- review and prepare marketing materials, complex financial analyses and client presentations
- lead role in the execution of deals, working together and communicating effectively with analysts, other associates, senior bankers and clients
- spot problems, generate options and recommend solutions (you’re a contingency planner by nature)

**Your team**

You’ll be working in the Investment Banking team in São Paulo at UBS BB. We are a tight knit team that executes on a wide variety of industry-changing transactions in M&A and capital markets. We are dedicated to employee development, with many of our senior executives having joined our team directly as new Analysts out of college or interns.

**Your expertise**
- prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development analyst/associate
- a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- solid analytical and quantitative skills
- outstanding communication skills
